The Edmonton Oilers logo is an iconic symbol of the team’s history and identity in the NHL. Since its introduction in 1972, the logo has remained essentially unchanged, solidifying its place as a recognizable emblem of the Oilers. There have been many variations over the year but this one is their main logo.
In 2024, the Oilers unveiled special cultural logo designs. There are four local designers. Pete Nguyen (Lunar New Year), AJA Louden (Celebrating Black History), Sunny Nerval (South Asian Celebration) and Lance Cardinal (Indigenous Celebration) worked with the Oilers to create the designs.
