Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you are shopping from outside Canada, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. For credit card payment, we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we process your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Incorrect shipping charges fall into this area.

Tax Charges: Ontario, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI residents must pay the HST and these rates are specific for that province. For the remainder of Canada, only the GST is applied.
For all customers outside of Canada, no tax is charged.
Credit Card Security: When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128/256 Bit Strong SSL Encryption.

Our return policy for damaged goods is 40 days and 60 days for any unopened packages. Any evidence of tampering will nullify this policy.
ProCheck Sports must be notified of any returns prior to returning the product. Failure to do this may result in having the return refused. Please use the Returns link at the bottom of this page to complete the form.
The customer can request partial refunds if they wish to keep a damaged product. Refunds will be provided only if the customer agrees to the amount of the refund.
